Kassia Meador

Model. Artist. Photographer. Surfer. One of the most recognizable faces in women's surfing, Kassia Meador emanates beauty, poise, and seamless grace every time she enters the ocean. Kassia's one of the best female nose-riders in the world. Born and raised in California's San Fernando Valley, Kassia began surfing the long, peeling pointbreak waves of overcrowded Malibu, eventually becoming a local standout for her longboarding prowess and her punk-rock attitude on land.
After winning contest after contest, Kass progressed to professional status and began to travel the world exclusively as an original Roxy model and pro surfer. She's traveled extensively to Indonesia, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Australia, and Hawaii. Having a strong affinity for the art of photography led her create Stardust Productions (with friends Prue Jefferies and Anna Petrick), a company focused on capturing female surfers in action. The first Stardust surf film "Fashion" was released and garnered an overwhelming response from the women's surf industry. Be sure to check out her part in "Fashion" to witness her poetry in motion.
Kassia is currently taking up residence in Oceanside, California where she can be spotted regularly surfing the north side of the Oceanside Pier. Just look for the girl with the most styled out nose-riding skills you've ever seen!
